摘　　要：建立了一种使用高效液相色谱法检测消毒剂中二辛基二甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二癸基二甲基氯化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十二烷基二甲基-2-苯氧基-乙基溴化铵的方法。样品经20%甲醇溶液提取后,进行高效液相色谱法测定。对检测方法进行方法学验证,在质量浓度为50 mg/L-1000 mg/L范围内其对数曲线相关系数≥0.99,定量限为0.3 g/kg-0.5 g/kg,回收率在94.8%-101%之间,相对标准偏差为0.68%-3.50%。该方法结果准确、重复性好、操作简单,适用于消毒剂中7种季铵盐的测定。A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed for the determination of dimethyl dioctylammonium chloride,dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride,tetradecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride,hexadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride,didecyl dimethylammonium chloride,dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and dodecyl dimethyl-2-phenoxyethylammonium bromide in disinfectants.Samples were dissolved in 20%methnol solvent and analyzed by HPLC.The method was validated.The correlation coefficient was over 0.99 in the range of 50-1000 mg/L.The limit of quantitation was 0.3-0.5 g/kg。The recoveries were ranged in 94.8%-101%and the RSD was ranged in 0.68%-3.50%.This method was accurate and simple to determine 7 kinds of quaternary ammonium salts in disinfectants.
