摘  要:实验建立了QuEChERS法提取,液相色谱-质谱法检测制药园区污水中的青霉素、洁霉素、土霉素、四环素和庆大霉素残留的分析方法。青霉素、洁霉素、土霉素、四环素和庆大霉素在0.005-10.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好;检测限在0.014-0.24μg/L范围内;加标回收率在84.8-103.1%范围内;重复性(n=6)相对标准偏差在5.0%以内。此方法操作步骤简单、速度快、检测结果准确,适用于制药园区污水中极微量青霉素、洁霉素、土霉素、四环素和庆大霉素残留的监测。A method for determination of penicillin,lincomycin,terramycin,acheomycin and gentamycin antibiotics in wastewater from pharmaceutical park was established.Penicillin,lincomycin,terramycin,acheomycin and gentamycin showed good linear relationships in the range of 0.005-10.0μg/mL.The detection limits were in the range of 0.014-0.24μg/L.Average recoveries were in the range of 84.8%-103.1%,relative standard deviation(RSD)of repeatability(n=6)was less than 5.0%.The experimental results showed that this method had advantages of simple operation,rapid and accurate detection results,and is suitable for monitoring of antibiotics in sewage of pharmaceutical industrial park.
