摘 要:当前世界大国的"反介入/区域拒止"能力与日俱增,美军传统作战兵力开始日益衰落,因此美军提出了一种新型的作战概念——马赛克战。文中分别从内涵边界、力量编组、架构组成、兵力生成、作战网络等角度对马赛克战进行了概念解读,并提出基于OODA环的作战环路结构;为解决马赛克战项目优先级不高、成果转化率待验证、现有体制编制难以打破等问题,DAPRA开启了一系列的项目和技术研究,为我军未来的网络化、智能化建设提供了较大的发展启示。At present,the "anti intervention/regional denial"capabilities of the world powers are increasing,and the traditional combat forces of the US military are declining. Therefore,the US military has put forward a new combat concept—Mosaic war. In this paper,the concept of mosaic warfare is interpreted from the perspectives of connotation boundary,force organization,architecture composition,force generation and combat network,and a combat loop structure is proposed based on OODA loop. In order to solve the problems of the low project priority,achievement conversion rate to be verified and existing system establishment difficult to break,DAPRA has started a series of projects and technical research,which provides a great development enlightenment for the future network and intelligent construction of our army.
