摘  要:研究目的:在铁路实验实训场建设过程中,需要实现无联锁条件下的道岔单独控制功能,但无统一的定型化信号组合或者现成的电路图。为此,设计一套在无联锁控制条件下运行的高安全、低成本、易使用的五线制道岔独立控制电路;通过工程运用验证,形成一套成熟的、独立运行的道岔控制电路定型产品;产品可在有联锁或无联锁控制环境下分别切换使用。研究结论:(1)将部分继电器控制条件用按钮代替,方便了使用;(2)将道岔表示继电器条件用表示灯显示,不同颜色灯光显示道岔状态,提高了安全性;(3)取消了无联锁控制条件下不影响安全的控制条件,取消了联锁控制条件下的JDD定型组合,节约了成本;(4)新增联锁/单控切换电路,实现了有联锁和无联锁环境下道岔控制电路方便地切换;(5)增加道岔挤岔表示灯警示,加强了安全性;(6)实现了电路优化设计目标,产品在铁路实验实训场、非铁路干线等场景使用。Research purposes: In the construction process of railway training and experiment field, it is necessary to realize the independent control function of switch under the condition of non-interlocking, but there is no unified standardized signal combination or ready-made circuit diagram. Therefore, a set of independent five-wire switch control circuit with high safety, low cost and easy to use is designed. Through the engineering application verification, a set of mature independent operation of switch control circuit finalization products is formed, and the product can be switched in interlocking or non-interlocking control environment.Research conclusions:(1) Part of the relay control conditions are replaced by buttons, which is convenient for use.(2) The switch indicating relay condition is displayed with the indicator lamp, and the switch state is displayed with different colors lights, which improves the safety.(3) The control condition that does not affect the safety under the condition of non-interlocking control is cancelled, the JDD stereotype combination under the condition of interlocking control is cancelled, and the cost is saved.(4) Added interlocking/single control switching circuit realizes the switch control circuit conveniently in interlocking and non-interlocking environments.(5) The turnout signal light warning is added, which strengthens the safety.(6) The goal of circuit optimization design has been achieved. The product is used in railway experiment and training field, non-railway trunk line and other scenarios.
