摘  要:基于模糊综合评判理论进行设备机械故障判断成为较为科学的理论基础。本文介绍了模糊评判的基本原理,分析了模糊综合评判数学模型的建立过程。结合燃气式压缩机组的故障分类,建立了故障模糊特征向量和模糊关系矩阵。通过采集的压缩机组振动信号根据模糊综合评判原理进行故障模型计算,得出各故障数学模型的故障类型,从而得到压缩机组运行过程中的故障类型。Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, it has become a more scientific theoretical basis to judge the mechanical fault of equipment. This paper introduces the basic principle of fuzzy evaluation and analyzes the process of establishing the mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Combined with the fault classification of gas compressor unit, the fuzzy eigenvector and fuzzy relation matrix are established. By collecting the vibration signal of compressor unit, the fault model is calculated according to the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the fault types of each fault mathematical model are obtained, so as to obtain the fault types of compressor unit during operation.
