摘　　要：储罐VOCS回收这一技改项目中,回收风机的逻辑控制是保证运行正常的核心,工艺对各工况下风机的启停及控制要求差异较大。中沙(天津)石化对此进行攻关,从硬件和软件两个方面入手,实现了不同工况下回收风机的DCS自动控制,并通过了安全评估。In the technical technical improvement project of VOCs recovery of storage tank, the logic control of the recovery fan is the core to ensure normal operation. The process requirements for the startup, stop and control of the fan under various working conditions are quite different. SINOPEC SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Co., Ltd. in order to solve this problem, the DCS automatic control of recovery fan under different working conditions is realized from two aspects of hardware and software, and the safety assessment is passed.
