摘  要:以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为原料,采用乳液聚合法制备出粒径为100~200nm的核-壳型聚硅氧烷-丙烯酸酯复合纳米弹性树脂,并对其进行红外光谱、透射电镜及激光粒度分析,同时考察了乳化剂用量、反应时间及硅烷偶联剂用量对复合乳液性能的影响。结果表明:有机硅单体水解缩合时间为12.0h、聚硅氧烷乳化剂质量用量为3.0%,且硅烷偶联剂质量用量为6.0%时,乳液具有较高的转化率及较好的稳定性,将其与聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂共混后,可显著地改善PVC树脂的常温及低温抗冲击性能。Polysiloxane-acrylic nano elastic resin with core-shell structure and diameter of 100~200 nm were prepared by emulsion polymerization using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D4),γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570),butyl acrylate(BA)and methyl methacrylate(MMA)as raw materials.The FT-IR,TEM and laser particle size tests of core-shell acrylic resin modified by polysiloxane were carried out and the effects of emulsifier,reaction time and dosage of silane coupling agent on the emulsion particles were investigated.The results shown that when the hydrolysis reaction time of silicone monomer was 12.0 h,the dosage of polysiloxane emulsion was 3.0 wt%,and the dosage of silane coupling agent was 6.0 wt%,the stability and conversion rate of emulsion were higher.After blending with PVC resin,the impact resistance of PVC resin at room temperature and low temperature could be obviously improved.
