摘 要:利用水热法制备纳米ZnO光催化剂,并用Ag对纳米ZnO进行掺杂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)对样品进行结构、形貌和成分表征,并用所制备的样品进行光催化降解甲基橙(MO)溶液实验。结果表明:所有样品中ZnO为六方纤锌矿结构,掺入的Ag为面心立方结构;纯纳米ZnO样品团聚现象比较严重,在Ag/ZnO样品中,Ag^(+)浓度为2%、5%和10%时所制样品的分散性较好。在一定的Ag^(+)掺杂浓度范围内样品的光降解率随着Ag^(+)浓度的增加而增加;Ag^(+)浓度为5%时样品降解率最高,但浓度过大则会降低样品的光降解率。结果表明:样品的光降解率和样品的表面相貌以及结构有关。Nano-ZnO photocatalysts were synthesized by hydrothermal method,doping with Ag.The structure,morphology and composition of the samples were characterized by X-Ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The as-prepared samples were used for photodegradation of methyl orange(MO)solution experiment.The results shown that ZnO was a hexagonal wurtzite structure in all samples,and Ag was a face-centered cubic structure.The agglomeration was serious for pure nano-ZnO sample.The as-prepared Ag/ZnO samples with Ag^(+) concentration of 2%,5%,and 10% had good dispersibility.Within a certain range of Ag^(+) doping concentration,the photodegradation rate of samples increased with the increase of Ag^(+) concentration,and the sample with Ag^(+) concentration of 5% had the highest photodegradation rate.But excessive Ag+concentration will reduce the photodegradation rate of the samples.The experiment suggested that the photodegradation rate of samples was related with their surface morphology and structures.
