摘 要:壳聚糖作为天然绿色高分子中第二大丰富的资源,具有无毒、可降解和成本低等优点,被广泛应用于金属的防腐蚀领域,已成为绿色缓蚀剂中性能优异的一员。综述了壳聚糖基缓蚀剂的应用研究进展,包括壳聚糖及其复配物、不同改性壳聚糖和壳聚糖复合材料三大类。总结了目前壳聚糖基缓蚀剂在金属防腐蚀缓蚀领域中存在的问题,希望深入研究壳聚糖基作为缓蚀剂的缓蚀作用机理,获得缓蚀效率更高和更加实用环保的壳聚糖基缓蚀剂。As the second most abundant resource in nature green polymers,chitosan is widely used in the field of anticorrosion of metals due to its non-toxicity,degradability and low cost.It has become a member of the excellent performance of green corrosion inhibitors.The progress in the application of chitosan-based corrosion inhibitor to the corrosion inhibition behavior of metals in corrosive media was reviewed,including three major categories of chitosan and its complexes,different modified chitosan and chitosan composite materials.The current problems of chitosan group in the field of metal anticorrosion and corrosion inhibitor were summarized.It was hoped that in-depth study of the corrosion inhibition mechanism of chitosan as a corrosion inhibitor,to obtain a more effective and environmentally friendly chitosan-based corrosion inhibitor.
