摘 要:以黏度、滴点和腐蚀临界值为评价指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)、客观权重赋值法(CRITIC)以及AHPCRITIC混合加权法确定各指标权重系数,并结合正交试验,确定机动车防腐涂层的最佳制备条件。结果表明,AHPCRITIC混合加权法较AHP法和CRITIC法更具科学性、合理性。根据确定的权重系数进行综合评价,确定了防腐涂层的最佳制备条件:聚合物A质量分数为15%、聚合物B质量分数为8%、石油树脂质量分数为4%、防锈剂质量分数为12%;常压、反应温度为130~150℃,反应时间为3h。The viscosity,dropping point and corrosion critical value were used to evaluate the index,and used the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),objective weight assignment method(CRITIC)and AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method to determine the weight coefficient of each index,and combined with orthogonal test analysis to determine the best preparation conditions for anticorrosive coatings of automobiles.The results shown that the AHP-CRITIC hybrid weighting method was more scientific and reasonable than the AHP method and the CRITIC method.Comprehensive evaluation was carried out according to the determined weighting coefficient,and the optimal preparation condition of the anticorrosive coating was determined as:polymer A mass fraction 15%,the mass fraction of polymer B was 8%,the mass fraction of petroleum resin was 4%,and the mass fraction of rust inhibitor was 12%.The normal pressure was used,reaction temperature was 130~150℃,reaction time was 3 h.
