摘 要:油静电净化技术被认为是用于高精度净化液压油等工业用油领域最有前景的技术之一。在实际应用中,静电净油设备中发生的电泳和介电电泳(DEP)现象使得纳微米级的污染物被吸附去除。本文概述了静电净油机的类型及净油机理,包括反应器的构造电场类型的影响等,并分析了它们的优缺点,最终提出了一系列产生梯度电场的设想,包括填充高介电介质和使用非平行电极板等。此外,还分析了电泳和介电电泳现象对中性杂质分子或极性胶体污染物的加速吸附作用。Electrostatic oil purification technology is considered to be one of the most promising technologies for high-precision purification of industrial oil such as hydraulic fluids.In practical applications,electrophoresis and dielectrophoresis(DEP)occurring in electrostatic oil cleaner results in removal of nano-micron contaminants.In this review,the authors outline the different types of electrostatic oil purifiers and the mechanism of oil purification,including the construction of reactor and influence of electric field type,and analyze their advantages and disadvantages on oil purification.Finally,a series of ideas for generating gradient electric fields are proposed,including filling with high dielectric media and using non-parallel electrode plates.In addition,the accelerated adsorption of neutral impurity molecules or polar colloidal contaminants by electrophoresis and DEP phenomenon is also analyzed.
