环境扫描、信息加工与商业模式创新性

摘　　要：基于认知视角,利用142份新创企业问卷调查数据,通过整合环境扫描与信息加工两类认知活动,运用实证分析验证环境扫描对商业模式创新性的作用关系及信息加工对该关系的调节效应。研究发现:跨行业扫描与扫描努力度均显著正向影响商业模式创新性;创新型信息加工方式与分析型信息加工方式对“跨行业扫描-商业模式创新性”及“扫描努力度-商业模式创新性”这两种关系均具有U型调节作用。Based on cognitive perspective and 142 valid questionnaires of new venture,this paper integrates environmental scanning and information processing,and then analysis the influencing mechanism of environmental scanning and information processing on business model innovation.The result shows:cross-industry scanning and scanning effort positively affect business model innovation;innovative information processing mode and analytical information processing mode have a U-shaped moderating effect on the relations between cross-industry scanning and business model innovation;innovative information processing mode and analytical information processing mode have a U-shaped moderating effect on the relations between scanning effort and business model innovation.
