某院Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口手术围术期预防应用抗菌药物的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口手术围术期预防应用抗菌药物的情况,为进一步规范围术期抗菌药物使用提供依据。方法抽取2019年10月至2020年3月Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口手术病历605份,对围术期抗菌药物品种、疗程和时机等进行分析。结果Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口手术预防用药合理率为33.22%,疗程不适宜45.12%,时机不适宜43.64%,品种不适宜23.97%。Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口手术用药时间分别为(2.98±3.50)d和(2.92±3.32)d。结论某院Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口手术围术期预防用药合理率较低,用药疗程偏长、用药时机不适宜和品种选择不适宜等问题较为突出,需进一步加强围术期抗菌药物的管理。AIM To investigate perioperative prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs inⅡ,Ⅲclass incision so as to provide reference for further standardization of rational use of antimicrobial drugs.METHODS Totally 605 medical records of patients undergoingⅡ,Ⅲclass incision surgery from October 2019 to March 2020 were extracted for statistical analysis regarding category of antimicrobial drugs,medication duration of antimicrobial drugs,time to use antimicrobial drugs,drug combination and rational use of antimicrobial drugs.RESULTS The rational rate of perioperative prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs inⅡ,Ⅲclass incision was 33.22%.The rate of cases with inappropriate duration of antimicrobial drugs was 45.12%,43.64%with inappropriate timing of administration,and 23.97%with inappropriate varieties of antimicrobial drugs.Medication duration of antimicrobial drugs inⅡ,Ⅲclass incision surgery was(2.98±3.50)d and(2.92±3.32)d,respectively.CONCLUSION The rational rate of perioperative prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs inⅡ,Ⅲclass incision is low.Problems such as too long duration of the use of antimicrobial drugs,inappropriate timing of administration,and inappropriate selection of varieties of antimicrobial drugs are prominent.It is necessary to further strengthen the management of perioperative application of antimicrobial drugs.
