摘  要:通过水热法用石膏原料制备出长径较高的半水硫酸钙晶须材料,并利用将正硅酸乙酯酸化水解所得的二氧化硅溶胶对所制得的晶须进行直接包覆,对改性硫酸钙晶须进行了初步的尝试。通过对包覆前后的晶须进行X射线衍射分析、电镜表征、能谱分析等实验,证实本实验中二氧化硅溶胶在硫酸钙晶须表面形成致密的涂层。另外也发现了诸多由于受条件限制所造成的问题,如晶须长度下降,少量涂层剥离脱离等,在后续将通过对实验工艺改进而取得更加良好的材料防水效果。The calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker material with higher length and diameter is prepared by hydrothermal method from gypsum raw material,and the prepared whisker is directly coated with the silica sol obtained by acidification and hydrolysis of ethyl orthosilicate. A preliminary attempt was made to modify calcium sulfate whiskers. Through X-ray diffraction analysis, electron microscopy characterization, energy spectrum analysis and other experiments on the whiskers before and after coating, it was confirmed that the silica sol formed a dense coating on the surface of calcium sulfate whiskers in this experiment. In addition,many problems caused by limited conditions have been discovered, such as the decrease of whisker length, and a small amount of coating peeling off. In the follow-up, the experimental process will be improved to achieve a better waterproof effect of the material.
