乙蒜素缓释凝胶剂的制备研究

摘  要:为了制备持效期长的乙蒜素缓释凝胶剂,筛选了乙蒜素相容和不相容油芯材料,优化了复合油芯材料配方,制备了固化凝胶,并测定了乙蒜素的释放周期。结果表明,PETS和PETO能与乙蒜素混溶,吐温80、PEDS和PEDO不能与乙蒜素混溶。PETS和PEDO质量比4∶1下,熔融相变温度为45℃。乙蒜素含量8%的凝胶颗粒20℃和35℃下10 d释放率分别为18.0%、99.5%。通过油芯和凝胶化包埋,大幅延长了乙蒜素释放周期。In order to prepare sustained release gel of ethylicin, a long lasting and effective period. The compatible and incompatible oil core material of ethylicin were screened, formulation of composite oil core material was optimized, the solidified gel was prepared, and release cycle of ethylicin was determined. The results showed that PETS and PETO were miscible with ethylicin, while Tween 80, PEDS and PEDO were not miscible with ethylicin. When the mass ratio of PES and PEDO is 4∶1, the melting temperature is 45 ℃. The 10 d release rates of 8 % ethylicin-loaded particles at 20 ℃ and 35 ℃ were 18 % and 99.5 %, respectively.The release cycle of ethyl icin was greatly prolonged by core encapsulation and gelation proceeding.
