摘 要:南海莺歌海盆地东方区块作为南海西部油田天然气主力上产区块,主要以高温高压井勘探开发为主,但高温高压井存在温压条件恶劣、压力窗口窄、井身结构复杂、地层机械钻速低、井下复杂情况频发等难题。针对东方区块的地层特性及工程难点,系统分析了钻井机械钻速低的影响因素,通过优化表层井身结构、钻井液体系优化、优化钻具组合、提速工具配合新型钻头等技术措施,探索出一套高温高压井综合提速技术,在多口高温高压井得到成功应用,大幅提高了东方区块高温高压井钻井效率,为加快东方区块油气勘探开发提供了技术保障。The Dongfang block in the Yinggehai Basin in the South China Sea is the main natural gas production block in the western South China Sea oilfield. It is mainly for the exploration and development of high temperature and high pressure wells. However, the high temperature and high pressure wells have harsh temperature and pressure conditions, narrow pressure windows, complex well structure, and formation machinery. Difficulties such as low drilling speed and frequent occurrence of complex downhole conditions. In view of the formation characteristics and engineering difficulties of the Dongfang block, the factors affecting the low drilling rate of drilling machinery were systematically analyzed, and technical measures such as optimizing the surface well structure, optimizing the drilling fluid system, optimizing the drilling tool assembly, and combining the speed-up tool with new drill bits were explored. A set of comprehensive speed-up technology for high-temperature and high-pressure wells has been successfully applied in many high-temperature and high-pressure wells, greatly improving the drilling efficiency of high-temperature and high-pressure wells in the Dongfang block and providing technical support for accelerating oil and gas exploration and development in the Dongfang block.
