摘　　要：污水处理厂是工业园区内的基础环保设施,也是园区能够稳定运行的重要保障,而保证供电是污水处理厂平稳运行的前提条件。文章以连云港某石化园区内的集中式工业污水处理厂为实例,综述了污水处理的工艺以及停电对园区周围环境和污水处理的危害,并根据实际运行经验总结了有效可行的解决方案,旨在为今后从容应对此类突发事件做好准备。The sewage treatment plant is not only the basic environmental protection facilities in the industrial park, but also an important guarantee for the stable operation of the park, and ensuring the power supply is the prerequisite for the smooth operation of the sewage treatment plant. Taking the centralized industrial sewage treatment plant in a petrochemical park in Lianyungang as an example, this paper summarizes the sewage treatment process and the harm of power outage to the surrounding environment and sewage treatment of the park, and summarizes the effective and feasible solutions according to the actual operation experience, in order to prepare for calmly dealing with such emergencies in the future.
