摘  要:本研究采用连续流动分析仪对水质氨氮、总磷指标进行分析,所绘制的标准曲线线性良好,实验的检出限优于方法的检出限,实验的精密度和准确度也满足质控要求。综合2017~2020年的分析数据,东江东莞段氨氮、总磷的浓度呈逐年下降的趋势。依据《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002),2020年东江东莞段氨氮浓度年均值达到Ⅰ类水质标准,总磷浓度年均值达到Ⅱ类水质标准。In this study, continuous flow analyzer was used to analyze the indexes of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in water quality. The standard curve was linear. The detection limit of the experiment was better than that of the method. The precision and accuracy of the experiment also met the quality control requirements. Based on the analysis data from 2017 to 2020, the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in Dongjiang Dongguan section showed a downward trend year by year. According to the environmental quality standard for surface water(GB 3838-2002), the average annual concentration of ammonia nitrogen in Dongjiang Dongguan reach class Ⅰ water quality standard in 2020, and the average annual concentration of total phosphorus reach class Ⅱ water quality standard.
