升降散治疗早期糖尿病肾病的中医机理探微

摘　　要：传统观点认为早期糖尿病肾病病机多为本虚标实,以气阴两虚为本,痰湿瘀邪为标。笔者总结多年临床经验,并追本溯源,认识到早期糖尿病肾病病机以邪实为主,正气尚存,以郁热为始动因素,气机失调,浊邪阻络加重疾病进展,并以升降散开郁透热,祛浊通络,达到气机升降出入协调、阴阳平衡的目的,临床收效较好。本文将详细阐述升降散治疗早期糖尿病肾病的中医机理。It's the traditional view that the pathogenesis of early stage of diabetic nephropathy is mostly deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,deficiencies of Qi and Yin as the basis,phlegm damp and blood stasis as the surface performance.Combing years of clinical experiences and tracing to the source,the author considers that the pathogenesis of early stage of diabetic nephropathy is mainly excess of pathogenic Qi,while healthy Qi still exists,with heat accumulation as the initial factor,disorder of Qi activity and blockage of collaterals by turbid pathogen aggravating the disease progression.Treating early stage of diabetic nephropathy with Shengjiang powder,by dispersing outward the accumulated heat,dispelling turbidity,and dredging collaterals,can achieve a coordinated Qi movement and the balance of Yin and Yang,and has received significant clinical efficacy.This article will elaborate on the mechanism of Shengjiang powder in the treatment of early stage of diabetic nephropathy.
