通心络胶囊改善2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的作用

摘　　要：目的研究通心络胶囊治疗2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月间锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的96例2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化患者,依据治疗方案不同分为3组,每组32例。A组中男17例,女15例,年龄(56.2±4.1)岁;B组中男20例,女12例,年龄(57.3±3.1)岁;C组中男16例,女16例,年龄(55.4±5.3)岁。其中A组接受阿司匹林治疗,B组接受阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗,C组接受阿司匹林联合通心络胶囊治疗。治疗前和治疗6周后观察3组患者血脂、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、生活质量评分,统计分析3组患者疗效。结果A组治疗前后各指标无显著改变(均P>0.05)。B、C组治疗后血脂(包括三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、生活质量较治疗前均有显著改善(均P<0.05),且各指标均显著优于A组(均P<0.05),其中C组治疗前后颈动脉内膜中层厚度分别为(0.11±0.03)cm和(0.09±0.02)cm。结论阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀或通心络胶囊可有效调节脂代谢,对治疗2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化具有一定疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tongxinluo capsules in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 96 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and atherosclerosis in The First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from Jan.2017 to Dec.2018 were selected and were divided into three groups according to different treatment plans,32 cases in each group.In group A,there were 17 males and 15 females,with an age of(56.2±4.1)years old.In group B,there were 20 males and 12 females,with an age of(57.3±3.1)years old.In group C,there were 16 males and 16 females,with an age of(55.4±5.3)years old.Group A received aspirin treatment,group B received aspirin combined with atorvastatin treatment,and group C received aspirin combined with Tongxinluo capsules treatment.Blood lipid,carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),and quality of life score were observed and compared before and after 6 weeks of treatment.The curative effects of the 3 groups were statistically analyzed.Results There were no significant changes in the parameters of group A before and after the treatment(all P>0.05).Blood lipid parameters(triglyceride,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol),IMT,and quality of life in groups B and C were significantly improved after treatment(all P<0.05),which were all better than those in group A(all P<0.05).IMT in group C was(0.11±0.03)cm before the treatment and(0.09±0.02)cm after the treatment,respectively.Conclusion Aspirin combined with atorvastatin or Tongxinluo capsules can effectively regulate lipid metabolism and has certain curative effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with atherosclerosis.
