鼻咽癌放疗后鼻咽骨质坏死的相关因素及局部治疗分析

摘　　要：目的分析鼻咽癌放疗后鼻咽骨质坏死的相关因素及局部治疗效果。方法择取2018年1月至2019年12月期间本院就诊的放疗后鼻咽骨质坏死的鼻咽癌患者82例,采取随机原则分成对照组及观察组,每组41例,对照组、观察组分别采取鼻内镜手术+鼻咽冲洗、鼻内镜手术+鼻咽冲洗+局部治疗,分析组间应用效果差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率、IL-8、TGF-β1及不同时间点ETQR-7评分均低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论了解鼻咽癌放疗后鼻咽骨坏死相关因素,采取局部治疗等对症治疗措施能够获得良好的临床效果。Objective To analyze the related factors and local treatment effect of nasopharyngeal osteonecrosis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 82 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with nasopharyngeal osteonecrosis after radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group.The control group and observation group were treated with endoscopic surgery+nasopharynx washing,endoscopic surgery+nasopharynx washing+local treatment respectively,and the difference of application effect between the two groups was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications,IL-8,TGF-β1 and etqr-7 scores at different time points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Understanding the related factors of nasopharyngeal osteonecrosis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,taking local treatment and other symptomatic treatment measures can obtain good clinical effect.
