摘 要:通过检测LF炉精炼渣的各项技术指标、XRD图谱、自裂解性及配制的水泥各项指标,研究了LF炉精炼渣的性能及其在水泥中应用的可行性。结果表明:(1)LF炉精炼渣在精炼炉内发生成分偏析,物理状态分为块状和粉状,其CaO和Al_(2)O_(3)含量差别约在10%。(2)LF炉精炼渣具有自裂解性,在空气中冷却状态下,150 min的粉化率可达80%以上,主要原因为α-C_(2)S转变为γ-C_(2)S产生12%的体积膨胀。(3)经检测,日钢生产的LF炉精炼渣各项指标满足用于水泥和混凝土的生产。(4)使用LF炉精炼渣同比例替代钢渣粉,配制32.5和42.5等级水泥,其标准稠度用水量升高,初凝时间和终凝时间缩短,3 d和28 d抗压强度提升,沸煮安定性和压蒸安定性都符合标准要求,其推荐掺量分别为7%和4.5%。(5)LF炉精炼渣可以有效促进复合胶凝材料的水化,这可能是因为其提升了水化初期的Ca^(2+)浓度。但标准稠度用水量增加,这与LF炉精炼渣较易粉磨,粒度较细有关。By testing various technical indicators of LF refining slag,XRD patterns,self-cracking properties and various indicators of the prepared cement,the properties of LF refining slag and the feasibility of its application in cement were studied.The results showed that:(1)The composition segregation of LF furnace refining slag occurs in the refining furnace,and its physical state can be divided into blocky and powder.The chemical composition mainly differs in the content of CaO and A1_(2)0_(3) by about 10%.(2)LF furnace refining slag has self-cracking property.When cooled in air,the pulverization rate in 150 minutes can reach more than 80%.The main reason is that the conversion of α-C_(2)S to γ-C_(2)S produces a volume expansion of 12%.(3)After testing,the LF furnace refined slag produced by Rizhao Steel Circular Economy Department Cement Factory meets the requirements for the production of cement and concrete.(4)Use LF furnace refining slag to replace steel slag powder in the same proportion to prepare 32.5 and 42.5 grade cements.The water consumption for standard consistency is increased,the initial setting time and final setting time are shortened,the 3 d and 28 d compressive strength is improved,and the boiling is stable.The performance and stability of autoclave meet the standard requirements,and the recommended dosage is 7%and 4.5%respectively.(5)LF furnace refining slag can effectively promote the hydration of composite cementitious materials,which may be because it increases the concentration of Ca^(2+)in the initial stage of hydration.However,the water demand for standard consistency increases,which is related to the easier grinding of LF furnace refining slag and the finer particle size.
