摘 要:本文通过对TCSW公司一线窑灰和出磨生料的粉体特征和不同粒径区间的物料化学成分进行检测和对比分析,对窑灰化学成分的形成机理进行了研究和探讨。结果表明:窑灰的化学成分主要取决于出磨生料<19.92μm颗粒的化学成分,减少出磨生料<19.92μm颗粒占比有利于降低窑灰产生量;随着生料粒径的越来越小,其化学成分和窑灰越来越接近。在可测试条件下,<30μm颗粒的化学成分和窑灰的化学成分最为接近。生料筛余化学分析结果可以揭示原材料易磨性的差异。窑灰的硫、碱含量的升高是由于原燃材料中的硫、碱等易挥发性物质在熟料烧成过程中从物料中挥发出来后一部分被窑灰带走导致。In this paper,the formation mechanism of chemical composition of kiln ash was studied and discussed by detecting and comparing the powder characteristics of TCSW's first-line kiln ash and grinding raw meal and the chemical composition of materials in different particle sizes.The results showed that the chemical composition of kiln ash mainly depends on the chemical composition of grinding raw meal particles that smaller than 19.92 μm.Reducing the proportion of grinding raw meal particles that smaller than 19.92μm is beneficial to reduce the output of kiln ash.As the particle size of raw material becomes smaller and smaller,its chemical composition becomes more and more similar to that of kiln ash.Under testable conditions,the chemical composition of particles smaller than 30 μm is the most similar to that of kiln ash.The difference of grindability of raw materials can be revealed by the residual chemical analysis of raw meal.The increase of sulfur and alkali content in kiln ash is due to the volatilization of sulfur,alkali and other volatile substances in raw combustion materials in the process of clinker firing and some of them are taken away by kiln ash.
