摘　　要：能及时感应到栈板上的货物并通过上位机所记录的库位状态,调度自动导航叉车自动搬运货物是现代智能仓库的典型应用场景。库位中是否有货物可以通过超声波测距传感器探测,并通过无线数传模块将传感器所测数据传输至PLC处理。上位机与PLC通信获取每个库位的状态后给自动导航叉车下发指令,由自动导航叉车实现货物的自动搬运、移库、入库、出库等动作。实际使用表明,无线数传模块可以高效可靠地将库位中的货物状态传输至PLC,并且部署灵活便于安装,避免了复杂的布线,在大型立体仓库中具有很高的使用价值。It is a typical application scenario of modern intelligent warehouse that can sense the goods on the pallet in time and record the storage status by the upper computer,and dispatch the automatic navigation forklift to carry the goods automatically.Whether there are goods in the storage location can be detected by ultrasonic ranging sensor,and the measured data of the sensor can be transmitted to PLC for processing through wireless data transmission module.The upper computer communicates with PLC to obtain the status of each warehouse and sends instructions to the automatic navigation forklift.The automatic navigation forklift realizes the automatic handling,moving,warehousing,warehousing and other actions of goods.The actual use shows that the wireless data transmission module can transmit the state of the goods in the warehouse to PLC efficiently and reliably,and the deployment is flexible and easy to install,avoiding the complex wiring,so it has a very high use value in large three-dimensional warehouse.
