除铁器电气控制的节能改进及应用

摘　　要：在工业生产过程中,除铁器是皮带传输必不可少的附属设备,其作用是检测并除去混入传输物料中的铁件,以免铁件卡住设备和撕裂传输皮带。目前有些企业的除铁器由于电气控制系统不尽合理,造成能源浪费。介绍一种除铁器电气控制系统的改进技术,采用光电开关及PLC定时器共同控制,提高了除铁器运行的经济性并达到了节能的目的。The de-ironing separator is an indispensable auxiliary device for carrying-belt In industrial production.Its function is on-line detection and removing ironware from material on belt,in order to avoid to damage equipment and belt.Now the electric control system for de-ironing separators of Some enterprises is unreasonable,which leads to energy waste.This paper introduces an improved technology of electric control system for de-ironing separator,so as to raise economy and energy saving of the de-ironing separator。
