摘  要:目的比较经尿道前列腺电切术与经尿道钬激光剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床疗效。方法将88例BPH患者随机分为钬激光组(44例)和电切组(44例)。其中电切组给予经尿道前列腺电切术,钬激光组给予经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术。对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、组织切除质量,术后住院时间、尿道留置时间、膀胱冲洗时间。结果手术后,钬激光组手术时间、术后住院时间、尿道留置时间、膀胱冲洗时间、术中出血量与电切组相比明显降低(P<0.05),两组患者组织切除质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 BPH患者应用经尿道前列腺电切术与经尿道钬激光剜除术效果相近,但是经尿道钬激光剜除术术中出血量更少,手术用时及术后恢复时间更短。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection of the prostate and holmium laser enucleation for benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods A total of 88 patients with BPH were randomly divided into holmium laser group(44 cases) and electrocision group(44 cases). The transurethral resection group was given transurethral resection of the prostate, holmium laser group was given transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, tissue resection quality, postoperative hospital stay, urethral indwelling time and bladder irrigation time were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, postoperative hospital stay, urethral indwelling time, bladder irrigation time and intraoperative blood loss in holmium laser group were significantly lower than those in electric resection group(P<0.05), there was no significant difference in the quality of tissue resection between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Transurethral resection of the prostate and transurethral holmium laser enucleation have similar effect, but the amount of bleeding in transurethral holmium laser enucleation is less, the operation time and postoperative recovery time are shorter, so it is recommended for clinical application.
