摘 要:渠式切割装配式地下连续墙(Trench cutting Assembled Diaphragm wall,TAD)具有绿色环保、施工效率高及环境扰动微小等特征,是近年研发的一种新型支护方式。在杭州市某原位试验场地,测定了开挖过程中该新型围护结构的工作性状。实测结果结合Plaxis-3D软件数值分析后发现,随着开挖深度的增加,墙体位移和弯矩不断增大,围护结构最大位移点下移,直至开挖面附近;围护结构顶端弯矩取决于顶部连接方式,当顶部连接方式为混凝土顶板时,围护结构整体工作性能更好;水泥土墙的厚度和强度对墙体影响较小。结果表明,渠式切割装配式地下连续墙具备适用性,可替代传统地下连续墙与止水帷幕组合结构,并可配合盖板暗挖法用于地下管廊建设。A new structure,namely trench cutting assembled diaphragm wall(TAD craftsmanship),served as excavation-supporting structure,has advantages such as green environmental protection,high construction efficiency and tiny disturbance of environment.An in-situ test on the TAD craftsmanship is carried out in Hangzhou.The field-test results and Plaxis~3D numerical analyses show that the displacement of wall^and bending moment increase with increasing excavation depth.The maximum point of displacement of the structure is constantly moving down until near the excavation face.The bending moment at the top of the structure depends on the connection mode,and the retaining wall performs well when a concrete roof is served as a connection at the top of the wall.Furthermore,the thickness and strength of cement have little influence on the wall.The results shows that the TAD wall is prospectively an alternative to the traditional supporting structure of diaphragm wall plus water-proof curtain,and also can be used in the construction of underground pipe corridors by employing the method of undercutting.
