摘　　要：阐述了液压系统压力控制阀的结构及工作原理。分析了压力阀出现压力失常的原因,提出了防止压力阀压力失常的措施,延长了压力阀的使用寿命,确保液压系统的正常工作,节约了设备资金,提高了经济效益。Present the structure of the pressure control valve of hydraulic system and working principle.Make an analysis on the reason of pressure disorder of the pressure valve.Some measures are put forward to prevent from pressure disorder.The service lifetime of the pressure valve is extended,and the normal operation of the hydraulic system is ensured.The equipment funds are saved,and economic benefits are improved.
