摘　　要：炼钢转炉耳轴轴承这类低频重载类设备的检测一直存在着各种困难,传统的人工点检不能准确的判断其运行状态,线上油液检测存在诸多不便,同时具有一定的局限性。本文通过对低频重载滚动轴承的振动检测研究,提出了针对该类设备日常检测的新的方案,实际应用证明了其对低频重载滚动轴承日常运维的重要意义。There are always various difficulties in the detection of low-frequency and heavy-duty equipment such as the trunnion hearing of converter.The traditional manual spot inspection can not accurately judge its running state.There are many inconveniences and some limitations existing in online detection.The vibration detection of low-frequency and heavy-duty rolling hearings is studied,and a new scheme for the daily detection of this kind of equipment is proposed.The practical application proves that it has great significance to the daily operation and maintenance of low-frequency and heavy-duty rolling bearings.
