摘　　要：介绍了炼钢厂连铸机二冷水系统流程、存在问题、解决方案及实施效果等。通过工艺流程改进,增设高效浊环水净化装置,完善排泥、除泥系统工艺设备等,实现了连铸机二冷水水质的提升,能够满足连铸机本体设备的工艺要求,提升了铸坯的质量。Introduce the flow of the secondary cooling water system,existing problems,solution and implementation effects on the casters of the steel making plant.The process equipment,such as sludge discharge and desilting system,are improved through modifying process flow and add high-efficient turbid circulating water purification device.The improvement of water quality is realized.The process requirements of continuous caster are met,and the slab quality is improved.
