摘　　要：介绍了焦炭全自动取制样工艺流程和系统运行情况。该系统可以同时完成在线焦炭水分样品、工业分析样品、焦炭反应性及反应后强度样品的制备,在线测得的焦炭筛分组成及焦炭机械强度,给生产工艺控制提供了真实依据,满足了生产需要。Introduce the automatic sampling process and system operation.The system can complete the preparation of online coke moisture sample,industrial analysis sample,coke reactivity and post-reaction strength at the same time.Online measured coke-screening composition and coke mechanical strength are the real basis provided for the process control.The requirements of production are met.
