摘 要:基于生命周期评价(LCA)方法,对32 kW Al_(2)O_(3)/R141b纳米有机工质ORC系统整个生命周期的物料和能源投入、环境影响、总能量消耗以及能量回收期进行计算,从贡献、敏感性以及改进3个角度对其进行分析,最后比较了不同发电系统对环境的影响。结果表明:32 kW Al_(2)O_(3)/R141b纳米有机工质ORC系统的生命周期总能量消耗为24360.50 MJ,能量回收期只占系统使用寿命的1.03%;制造阶段综合环境影响最大,其中ORC部件生产过程综合环境影响贡献最大;优化系统工况、改进部件结构和探寻传热性能更好的纳米有机工质是降低环境负荷的主要方向;用纳米有机工质ORC系统发电具有明显的环境优势。Based on life cycle assessment(LCA)method,the input of materials and energy,environmental impact,total energy consumption and energy payback time in the whole life cycle of 32 kW ORC system with Al_(2)O_(3)/R141b nanorefrigerant as working medium are calculated,three aspects such as contribution,sensitivity and improvement are analysed.Finally,the environmental impacts of different power generation systems are compared.The results show that the total energy consumption in the whole life cycle of 32 kW ORC system using Al_(2)O_(3)/R141b nanorefrigerant as working medium is 24360.4951 MJ,the energy payback time only accounts for 1.03%of the whole life cycle.The main stage that affects the environment in the life cycle of ORC system is the production of ORC system,during the production stage,the environmental impact of ORC system components is the greatest.The main direction of reducing the environmental load is to optimize the working condition of the system,improve the structure of the components and search for nanorefrigerant with better heat transfer performance.The environmental advantages of ORC system using nanorefrigerant as working medium are clarified.
