摘  要:以非牛顿流体的牛粪厌氧发酵液的搅拌特性为研究对象,利用标准k-ε模型表征发酵液的湍流特性,幂律模型表征发酵液的流变性质。通过数值分析对发酵罐内部的速度场、剪切速率分布、剪切应力分布和粘度分布进行研究。结果表明,搅拌器叶片周围的速度大于其他区域,随着发酵的进行,发酵液的非牛顿性逐渐减弱,粘度分布逐渐趋于均匀,剪切速率变化不大,但剪切应力分布则趋于不均匀。The mixing characteristics of cow manure anaerobic digested broth with non-Newtonian property were studied.And the standard k-ε model was used to simulate the hydrodynamic behavior of anaerobic fermentation digested fermenter,the Power-law model was used to represent the rheological property of fermentation broth.The velocity field,shear rate distribution,shear stress distribution and viscosity distribution of the fermenter were investigated by numerical analysis.The results show that the speed around the agitator blades is larger than other regions.As the fermentation progresses,the non-Newtonian properties of the fermentation broth gradually decrease,the viscosity distribution tends to be uniform,and the shear rate does not change much,while the shear stress distribution tends to non-uniform.
