开口爽滑剂对软包装的影响研究及应用

摘　　要：塑料助剂素有“工业味精”之称,是聚合物进行成型加工时为改善其加工性能或改善树脂本身性能而必须添加的化合物。文章主要介绍开口剂及爽滑剂对软包装的影响,详细阐述了开口剂及爽滑剂的化学成分、不同种类之间的性能差异,分析了开口剂及爽滑剂的作用机理及其对软包装的影响,并且对因开口剂及爽滑剂使用造成的软包装问题提供了改善方案。Plastic additives are known as"industrial monosodium glutamate".They are compounds that must be added to improve the processing performance of the polymer or to improve the performance of the resin itself when the polymer is processed.This paper mainly introduces the influence of antibloking agent and slipping agent on soft packaging,describes in detail the chemical composition of antibloking agent and slipping agent,as well as the performance difference between different kinds,and the problems that need to be paid attention to when adding and using.By listing the bottleneck problems of film or composite packaging caused by the problem of opening smoothness agent in flexible packaging industry,and analyzing them,the corresponding improvement scheme is given.
