摘　　要：以某灭火器生产厂装配线充气时器头断裂失效为例,对失效器头进行宏观和微观断口形貌分析、金相检验、扭矩分析,并结合以往器头失效的类型和影响因素,判断器头螺纹断裂失效的原因。Taking the failure of the head of the assembly line of a fire extinguisher as an example,the macro and micro fracture morphology,metallographic examination and torque analysis of the failure head were carried out.And combined with the types and influencing factors of the previous head failure,the reason for the failure of the head thread fracture and failure was judged.
