摘　　要：回顾性分析2015—2020年杭州口岸出入境人群HIV血清学检测结果,了解HIV在杭州口岸出入境人群中的感染和流行特点,为加强口岸传染病监测和预防控制工作提供基础数据。采用HIV抗体ELISA初筛法和HIV免疫印迹确证方法进行检测。结果显示,杭州口岸2015—2020年共有出入境人员102243人(均进行了HIV初筛检测),其中,出境人员57153人、入境人员45090人,男女比例3∶2;HIV感染共56例,以18~30岁年龄段人群为主(P <0.05),HIV检出率为0.05%(56/102243)。2015—2020年杭州口岸HIV感染监测结果提示HIV感染呈上升趋势,因此,在加强对出入境人员传染病筛查的同时,亟须进行健康宣教,必要时可采取高危行为干预,以控制HIV向健康人群传播扩散。Retrospective analysis was conducted on HIV infection among entry-exit population at the Hangzhou Port by serological test. ELISA and Western blot were applied to confirm HIV infection. During 2015-2020, a total of 102243 tests were performed for HIV, including 57153 outgoing passengers, and 45090 incoming passengers, with the ratio of sex at three to two for male to female. In total, 56 cases were tested HIV-positive, and the dominating population of HIV infection is among 18-30 yearold people(P < 0.05). Unsafe sex is the main mode of transmission, and the incidence of HIV infection is 0.05%. Our study shows that HIV infection is on the rise, which alerts us to reinforce the screening of infectious diseases among entry-exit population, and to conduct health education and high-risk behavior intervention when necessary, to prevent HIV spread to healthy people.
