摘 要:建立液相色谱串联质谱法快速测定鸡肉和鸡肝中氯苯胍残留量。样品经过前处理条件优化,确定了最优条件:采用2%甲酸乙腈提取,正己烷脱脂净化,净化液经水稀释后过0.22μm尼龙滤膜。质谱检测采用正离子多反应监测模式测定,外标法定量。结果表明在1.00~20.0μg/L浓度范围内氯苯胍有良好的线性关系(r> 0.99)。方法的检出限为5.00μg/kg,定量限为10.0μg/kg,平均加标回收率为71.9%~110%,相对标准偏差在1.58%~8.68%之间。该方法操作快速、简便、准确,适用于鸡肉和鸡肝中氯苯胍残留量的快速测定。A rapid liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) method is established for determination of robenidine residues in chicken meat and livers. The sample was optimized through pretreatment conditions, and the optimal conditions were determined that: extraction with 2% formic acid-acetonitrile, de-esterification and purification with n-hexane, and the purified solution diluted with water and filtered through 0.22 μm nylon membranes. In mass spectrometry detection, positive-ion multi-reaction monitoring mode and external standard method for quantification were employed. The results showed that robenidine had a good linear coefficient(r > 0.99) in the concentration range of 1.00-20.0 μg/L. The limits of detection and quantitation using this method were 5.00 μg/kg and 10.0 μg/kg respectively. The average recoveries and relative standard deviations(RSD) were between 71.9%-110% and 1.58%-8.68% respectively. This method proved to be simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the rapid determination of robenidine residues in chicken meat and livers.
