摘　　要：鼻咽癌是头颈部发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,中医药干预给鼻咽癌患者带来较大的受益。本文介绍李云英分阶段治疗鼻咽癌经验。李云英认为鼻咽癌的中医论治可根据患者是否接受放化疗分为三阶段:放化疗前、放化疗中和放化疗后。放化疗前:实者泻之,消肿散结、解毒抗癌;放化疗中:攻补兼施、减毒增效,减轻毒副反应;放化疗后:补虚扶正、顾护气阴,治疗后遗症。鼻咽癌的中医分阶段疗法有提纲挈领、执简驭繁之效用,疗效确切,临床灵活运用对患者大有裨益,值得推广。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is one of the malignant tumors with the highest morbidity and mortality in the head and neck,and the intervention of Chinese medicine(CM)has brought great benefits to the patients.This papeRintroduces LI Yunying's experience in using TCM combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of NPC.LI Yunying proposes a theory that the TCM treatment of NPC can be divided into three stages according to whetheRthe patients receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy:before,during and stage.Before radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatmen stage:factoReliminating therapy is recommended;during radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment stage:purgation-tonifying can be used;afteRradiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment stage:strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors is recommended.The stage-bystage treatment of NPC is summarize and grasp the effectiveness of complexityis and also brings great benefit to the patients and is worth popularizing.
