艾儒棣教授运用祛疣汤合火针疗法治疗扁平疣经验浅析

摘　　要：扁平疣作为一种难治性复发性赘生物,主要由HPV感染所致,临床上暂时没有特效抗HPV治疗药物,外用药物及手术治法都有不同程度的缺陷,余在临床诊治过程中,使用艾老经验方祛疣汤针对顽固性扁平疣湿盛毒聚、热瘀互结基本病机,发挥祛湿解毒、清热活血之效,联合火针温阳扶正,通畅腠理经脉运行之道,激活正气,从而达到调节全身免疫机能,标本兼顾,同时考虑到火针治疗具有操作简便、费用便宜、损容性风险较低、疗效明确等优势,在治疗时取得了较好的疗效。As a refractory and recurrent neoplasm,flat warts are mainly caused by HPV infection.There are no specific anti-HPV drugs in clinical practice foRthe time being.Both topical drugs and surgical treatments have various degrees of defects.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment process,in ordeRto target the basic pathogenesis of intractable flat warts,namely,dampness and toxin accumulation,heat and blood stasis mutual accumulation.I combine Flat Warts Removing Decoction,which is ProfessoRAI's experience prescription,exerting its effects of removing dampness,detoxification,clearing heat and promoting blood circulation,with fire needles to warm the Yang and strengthen the healthy energy,smoothly regulate the movement of the meridians,activate the healthy energy to regulate the systemic immunity,thus treating both manifestation and root cause of disease.At the same time,the advantages of fire needle therapy was also considered including its simple operation,low cost,low risk of disfigurement damage,and cleaRcurative effect.The result showes that betteRcurative effect is achieved afteRthe above treatment.
