辨证施护联合中医情志干预对老年高血压患者心理状态、血压控制及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究辨证施护联合中医情志干预对老年高血压患者的心理状态、血压控制水平及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年1月期间就诊的80例老年高血压患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予辨证施护联合中医情志干预,两组在干预前后采用焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)、生活质量评分、血压控制水平及护理满意度进行比较。结果:干预前,2组患者SAS、SDS、生活质量、血压控制水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组SAS得分、SDS得分、收缩压(Systoblic blood pressure,SBP)、舒张压(Diastoblic blood pressure,DBP)均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分、护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证施护联合中医情志干预可调节老年高血压患者的心理状态,改善患者血压控制水平,提高患者生活质量及护理满意度。Objective:To study the effect of syndrome differentiation nursing combined with TCM emotional intervention on the mental state,blood pressure control level and quality of life foRelderly hypertensive patients.Methods:A total of 80 elderly hypertensive patients who were treated from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a controlled group with 40 cases each by the random numbeRtable.The controlled group used routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was based on the controlled group.On the basis of dialectical nursing combined with TCM emotional intervention,the SAS,SDS,quality of life score,blood pressure control level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and afteRintervention.Results:Before the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).AfteRthe intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were loweRthan those of the controlled group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores of the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The quality of life scores of patients in the observation group afteRintervention were higheRthan those of the controlled group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the blood pressure control level of the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).AfteRthe intervention,the blood pressure control level of the observation group was loweRthan that of the controlled group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group after intervention was higheRthan that of the controlled group.Conclusion:Syndrome differentiation nursing combined with TCM emotional intervention can adjust the mental state of elderly hypertensive patients,improve the blood pressure control level of the patients,and improve the quality of life
