摘　　要：目的:评价及分析中药组方口服治疗艾滋病相关性腹泻(HIV/AIDS related diarrhea,HRD)的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索CNKI、万方、VIP、Cochrane Library、PubMed数据库,查阅所有中药组方口服治疗HRD的随机对照试验(Randomized controlled trial,RCT),自建库至2020年4月30日发表的文献均纳入检索范围,手工检索纳入文献的参考文献。根据纳入标准、排除标准筛选合适的文献,进行资料提取和质量评价后,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9个研究,539例患者。Meta分析结果显示:中药治疗和西药治疗相比,疗效指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药治疗与西药治疗相比,疗效更优,且有较好安全性,但所纳入的原始研究质量较低,需进一步采用大样本、高质量的RCT进行论证。Objective:To analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Chinese herb medicine treatment for HIV/AIDS related diarrhea.Methods:Lookup data bases as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Cochrane Library and PubMed were searched from theiRestablishment to April 30th 2020 for collecting the randomized controlled trials(RCT)about Chinese herb medicine for AIDS related diarrhea,and the references of those RCTs were searched manually.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the appropriate literature were screened,meta-analyses were performed by using the RevMan 5.3 software.Results:Nine studies involving 539 patients were included.The results of meta-analysess howed that:Chinese herb medicine compared with conventional therapy,the curative effect difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and western medicine treatment,the curative effect is better,and the safety is better.However,because of the lower quality in the original study,we still need to further use more large samples,high-quality RCT to demonstrate.
