摘　　要：目的通过对北京某干休所安装呼叫急救系统后入户急救病例的回顾性分析,探讨社区医院急救服务模式。方法对2014年至2018年辖区内呼叫式入户急救病例、入户急救时间、急救效果等进行统计分析。结果呼叫式入户急救模式,能在十分钟内入户展开专业急救,使伤病减轻,甚至逆转,尤其使心脑血管疾病患者去三甲医院急诊和住院人数降低。结论干休所呼叫式入户急救,提高专业急救时效,有效减轻伤情,减轻三甲医院急救压力,值得在社区医疗机构逐步推广。120网络大数据平台可赋能一定数量社区医疗机构120急救功能,缩短120入户急救时间,提高抢救成功率,社区急救服务模式的改进可更好为百姓生命护航。Objective To explore the emergency service mode of community hospital through a retrospective analysis of emergency cases in a cadre’s sanatorium in Beijing after the installation of call emergency system.Methods From2014 to 2018,the cases,time and effect of call in first aid were statistically analyzed.Results Call in can carry out professional first aid in ten minutes,which can reduce or even reverse the injury,especially reduce the number of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases going to the top three hospitals.Conclusions The call type first aid in the cadre’s Sanatorium can improve the efficiency of first aid,effectively reduce the injury,and reduce the pressure of first aid in the top three hospitals,which is worthy of gradual promotion in the community medical institutions.If we use the 120 network big date platform to let a certain number of community medical institutions have 120 emergency function,shorten the 120 home emergency time,improve the success rate of rescue,and change the community emergency service mode,we can better protect the lives of the people.
