摘　　要：总结亓鲁光教授论治多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的经验。根据月经周期的气血盈亏及阴阳转化规律,认为本病的病机特点为脾肾亏虚为本,气滞、血瘀、痰凝为标,提出以补肾健脾为主,温阳活血为辅的治疗原则,同时灵活用行气、活血、祛痰之法随症加减,促进卵泡发育及顺利排出,并自拟养真汤进行治疗,疗效显著。This paper has summarized QI Luguang’s experience in treating infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.According to the law of Qi and blood balance and Yin-Yang transformation in menstrual cycle,the pathogenesis of this disease is characterized by deficiency of spleen and kidney,Qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm coagulation.The treatment principle of tonifying kidney and spleen,warming Yang and activating blood circulation as supplement is put forward.At the same time,the methods of activating Qi,activating blood circulation and eliminating phlegm are flexibly used to promote follicular development and smooth discharge,the curative effect is remarkable.
