大面积温灸联合谢氏药酒治疗项痹病(风寒痹阻证)临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察应用大面积温灸联合谢氏药酒的方法治疗风寒痹阻证型项痹病的临床效果。方法:选取医院骨科在2018年1月~2019年1月收治的100例风寒痹阻证型项痹病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者应用常规针刺疗法,观察组患者接受大面积温灸联合谢氏药酒治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率98.0%,高于对照组的78.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的VAS评分、JOA评分以及颈椎活动度等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大面积温灸联合谢氏药酒治疗项痹病(风寒痹阻证)的效果明显,可有效缓解患者疼痛症状、提升患者的生活质量。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of using large area warm moxibustion combined with XIE’s medicinal wine in the treatment of neck-Bi disease with wind-cold obstruction syndrome. Methods: 100 cases of neck arthralgia with wind-cold obstruction syndrome in orthopedics department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a controlled group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the controlled group were treated with conventional acupuncture therapy, while patients in the observation group were treated with large area warm moxibustion combined with XIE’s medicinal wine. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.0%,higher than 78.0% of the controlled group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, VAS score, JOA score and cervical spine activity of the observation group were better than those of the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of large area warm moxibustion combined with XIE’s medicinal wine in the treatment of neck-Bi disease with wind cold obstruction syndrome is obvious, which can effectively relieve the pain symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
