摘 要:对甘薯种质资源亲缘关系进行分类,为育种过程中亲本选配提供参考依据。ISSR分子标记对福建省20份甘薯育成品种进行遗传多样性和聚类分析。结果显示,6条ISSR引物共获得扩增条带88条,其中多态性条带74条,多态率达84.091%。20份甘薯育成品种的遗传相似系数在0.636~0.886,平均遗传相似系数为0.744。聚类分析显示,在遗传相似系数为0.715时,将20份甘薯育成品种分为三类,其中莆紫薯18为第一类,金山75为第二类,其余均被分到第三类。福建省甘薯育成品种的遗传多样性水平较低,亲缘关系较近。In order to provide theoretical basis for parent selection in breeding of sweet potato,the germplasm genetic relationship was classified.The genetic diversity and cluster analysis of 20 accessions of sweet potato varieties bred in Fujian Province were carried out by using ISSR molecular markers.The results showed that a total of 88 amplified bands are obtained from 6 ISSR primers,of which 74 are polymorphic,with a polymorphic rate of up to 84.091%.The genetic similarity coefficient is between 0.636 and 0.886,and the average value is 0.744.The 20 accessions of the sweet potato varieties are divided into three categories with the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.715,of which Puzishu 18 is clustered into the first group,Jinshan 75 into the second group,and the rest into the third group.This result showed that the sweet potato varieties bred in Fujian Province are relatively low in genetic diversity and relatively close in their genetic relationship.
