摘 要:2020年6月黄脊竹蝗(Ceracris kiangsu Tsai)由云南南部边境地区大量侵入,危害竹(Bambusoideae)、玉米(Zea mays L.)、芭蕉属(Musa spp.)等植物。本研究通过野外观察和室内饲养的方法,对黄脊竹蝗在芭蕉属作物上的危害进行研究,以期为评估黄脊竹蝗在芭蕉属作物上能否爆发成灾提供数据支撑。通过野外调查结果发现,黄脊竹蝗对粉蕉Musa(ABB组)‘Pisang Awak’有明显的取食危害现象,未发现对威廉斯香蕉Musa(AAA组)‘Williams’的取食危害现象。室内饲养试验表明,在选择条件和非选择条件下,黄脊竹蝗对巴西蕉Musa(AAA group)‘Brazilian’和野生芭蕉Musa(AA group)‘Banksi’(编码:ITC0806)均造成危害,说明巴西蕉和ITC0806在一定条件下可成为黄脊竹蝗的寄主;室内饲养第3天发现,巴西蕉与ITC0806、选择性处理植株的受害指数均有显著差异,黄脊竹蝗对ITC0806有明显的取食偏好且危害更为严重。因此认为,黄脊竹蝗能够取食香蕉和芭蕉并造成危害,在黄脊竹蝗暴发成灾、食物短缺的情况下,会对香蕉和芭蕉产生潜在的威胁,在云南芭蕉属作物生产上,应加强对黄脊竹蝗的监测工作。Yellow-spined bamboo locust(Ceracris kiangsu Tsai)invaded China in June 2020 from the southern border area of Yunnan,infesting Bambusoideae,Zea mays L.and Musa spp.The damages of the yellow-spined bamboo locust to Musa spp were evaluated through field observation and cage rearing methods in order to provide data support for the prediction of the outbreak of the locust on Musa spp.The results showed that the yellow-spined bamboo locust can infest Musa(ABB group)'Pisang Awak',but not Musa(AAA group)'Williams'in the field,and Musa(AAA group)'Brazilian'and wild Musa(AA group)'Banksi'(Code:ITC0806)under cage rearing.The results of cage rearing under selective and non-selective conditions showed that both Brazilian and ITC0806 were infested,which indicated that Brazilian and ITC0806 can be used as the host of the yellow-spined bamboo locust under certain conditions.In the 3 days of cage rearing,it was found that there were significant differences in the infestation index between Brazilian and ITC0806,and between Brazilian and selective treatment plants.The yellow-spined bamboo locust has obvious feeding preference to ITC0806,and its infestation is more serious.This study showed that the yellow-spined bamboo locust can feed on and cause damages to Brazilian and ITC0806 and pose a potential threat to banana especially in the case of food shortage caused by outbreak.Therefore,in the production of Musa spp in Yunnan Province,monitoring of the yellow-spined bamboo locust should be strengthened to avoid the economic loss caused by the outbreak of the locust.
