摘  要:聚甲基丙烯酸酯可以用做润滑油黏度指数改进剂或降凝剂,根据用途,可用不同比例的脂肪醇和甲基丙烯酸反应合成相应的甲基丙烯酸酯,再聚合成不同分子量的聚甲基丙烯酸酯用做黏度指数改进剂或降凝剂。文章通过高温裂解聚甲基丙烯酸酯,二氯甲烷回收裂解气,再用GC/MS分析裂解气,分析产品中混合醇的组成结构;同时采用溶剂提取方法富集产品中游离醇,计算混合醇的比例,相互印证两种分析方法的可靠性。Polymethacrylate can be used as viscosity index improver or pour point depressant of lubricating oil.According to the application,the corresponding methacrylate can be synthesized by the reaction of fatty alcohol and methacrylic acid in different proportions,and then polymerized to polymethacrylate with different molecular weight as viscosity index improver or pour point depressant.In this paper,polymethacrylate was pretreated by high temperature pyrolysis,and then the gas products of pyrolysis were absorbed by dichloromethane,separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).At the same time,the free fatty alcohols in the polymethacrylate were enriched by solvent extraction method,separated and identified by GC/MS.The results show that the structural composition of mixed alcohol obtained by the two methods is consistent.
