摘　　要：船舶运输在国民经济和对外贸易中发挥着重要作用,柴油机是船舶最主要的主动力推进设备,是全船的核心部分。船舶润滑油是保障船舶柴油机正常运行的关键。为规范我国船用油市场,保证船舶的润滑安全,国家市场监督管理总局于2019年10月18日发布了船用内燃机油GB/T 38049-2019标准,并于2020年5月1号实施。文章对船用内燃机油标准的内容进行了阐述,并对各指标进行了说明。船用内燃机油标准的制定和实施,能够为质量监管部门提供有效的依据,能够为船舶的润滑和航行安全提供有效保障,在服务、支撑和引领行业发展方面具有重要意义。The ship transportation plays an important role in the national economy and foreign trade.Diesel engines are the main propulsion equipment of ships and the core part of the entire ship.Marine lubricants are the key to guarantee the normal operation of marine diesel engines.In order to regulate the marine lubricants market and ensure the safety of ship lubrication in China,the standard GB/T 38049-2019 was issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation on October 18,2019,and implemented on May 1,2020.In this paper,the standard GB/T 38049-2019 is summarized,and each index is explained.The formulation and implementation of the standard GB/T 38049-2019 can provide an effective basis for quality supervision departments,and provide effective guarantees for the lubrication and navigation safety of ships,and are of great significance in serving,supporting,and leading the development of the industry.
