摘　　要：漆膜作为汽轮机组和压缩机组滑动轴承的常见异常问题,已经严重威胁到设备的润滑可靠性和机组的运行安全。文章介绍了合成气压缩机组和冷冻氨压缩机组的运行背景,分析了异常故障的产生过程和原因。通过分析和研究漆膜的形成机理,阐述了漆膜的形成现象和危害,最后提出了机组出现漆膜问题时的短期处理对策和长期处理对策。Varnish as a common abnormal problem of sliding bearings of steam turbine units and compressor units has seriously threatened the lubrication reliability of the equipment and the operational safety of the unit.This paper introduces the operation background of the syngas compressor units and chilled ammonia compressor units,and analyzes the process and causes of abnormal failure.By analyzing and studying the formation mechanism of the varnish,the formation phenomenon and damage of the varnish are expounded.Finally,the short-term countermeasures and long-term countermeasures when the varnish problem occurred in the unit are proposed.
