摘　　要：信息化时代背景下,我国各个行业领域均引进了信息技术,迎来了新的发展机遇,呈现出了良好的发展态势,建筑施工企业的发展也不例外。为了增强建筑施工企业的行业竞争力,有必要以财务管理工作为关键切入点,运用ERP信息化建设提高财务管理工作的效率和水平,维护企业的稳定发展。文章探讨了ERP信息化在建筑施工企业财务管理中的重要作用,结合ERP信息化在建筑施工企业财务管理中的应用现状,分析了ERP信息化在建筑施工企业财务管理中的应用策略。Under the background of information age,various industries in China have introduced information technology,ushered in new opportunities for development,showing a good development trend,so the development of construction enterprises is no exception.In order to enhance the industrial competitiveness of construction enterprises,it is necessary to take financial management as the key point of penetration,use ERP informatization construction to improve the efficiency and level of financial management to maintain the stable development of enterprises.This paper discusses the important role of ERP Informatization in the financial management of construction enterprises,and analyzes the strategies of application of ERP Informatization in the financial management of construction enterprises,combined with the status of application of ERP Informatization in the financial management of construction enterprises.
